Last week I received my brand new BT Vision box after moving and ditching Sky+. Upon plugging it in I was greeted with a C03 error. I called the number instructed to on the screen and following over an hour on the phone and being passed between 8 different people BT finally worked out that when I initially ordered the box my NEVOSS account was not set up. I was added to the tracker to set up the account and told it would be 24-72 hours, this was on Friday evening. The box is still giving me the same error when I start it up (and I have restarted my hub and homeplugs before trying again). I expected the 24-72 hours to mean 1-3 working days, but I'm now in the 4th day and it's still not working. I'm eager not to give up on BT Vision as I hear very good things about it once it's working, but I'm now beginning to think maybe I haven't been set up properly again and will need to spend another hour or 2 trying to get it sorted with BT. Does anyone have any experience of how long this should actually take? Is it possible that it's 24-72 working hours (ie. only counting 8am-6pm Mon-Fri)?
