I've e-mailed apple, but the e-mail I got back directed me to these forums. - I've checked the xml file and it appears to be fine- I've turned off all other iOS

(meet all requirements like being over 96k bit rate, etc.) If the answer has been posted somewhere on here, please let me know. I feel I've done a fairly thourough search on here but unfortunately have not found any solutions yet. The difference here between Mike and I is that now the status on one of my Matched computers has changed to Waiting or Not Eligible. All other statuses have disappeared along with the songs that were in the cloud as matched. I've not been able to complete my music upload for the last 3 days and am pretty much at a loss here as I too have done everything from starting with a fresh library to checking my data files.Thanks. I'm having the same problem. Everything was fine and my unmatched songs were even uploading (step 3) but then my internet connection dropped and when I restarted (and every subsequent attempt) I get the 4010 message at the end of step one. I've rebuilt my library, and everything else that Mike listed in his post. Since I have re-discovered all my media (around 11k tracks) from my hard drive iTunes Match wants to check them against my Cloud profile. They will all itunes error 4010 be there, as I was successfully using Match before and haven't ripped any physical CDs since. Match keeps attempting to upload my library information to check against my information in the Cloud (which is a three-stage process) but every time it aborts at the end of stage 1 (Gathering information) when it sends the data to iTunes, giving me an error saying that 'We could not complete your iTunes Store request' and a 4010 error code. I have done a search on this code, and people have had it in the past and tried various things to recover it. I can access the store to purchase new music, by the way (from the Mac in question). I have logged out of Match then back in. I have logged out of iTunes then back in. I have looked for media purchase on my wife's account rather than mine, and removed those from my iTunes library temporarily. Naturally none of these things have cured the problem so far. I haven't cleared my Match data at this point as I understand you need to re-upload all your music if you do that. This is a very last resort from my perspective. It may be that this is a central iTunes problem. Certainly, many of the hits I got on my search seemed to show this was a

A Windows error is an error that happens when an unexpected condition occurs or when a desired operation has failed. When you have an error in Windows, it may be critical and cause your programs to freeze and crash or it may be seemingly harmless yet annoying.
A stop error screen or bug check screen, commonly called a blue screen of death (also known as a BSoD, bluescreen), is caused by a fatal system error and is the error screen displayed by the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems upon encountering a critical error, of a non-recoverable nature, that causes the system to "crash".
One of the biggest causes of DLL's becoming corrupt/damaged is the practice of constantly installing and uninstalling programs. This often means that DLL's will get overwritten by newer versions when a new program is installed, for example. This causes problems for those applications and programs that still need the old version to operate. Thus, the program begins to malfunction and crash.
Computer hanging or freezing occurs when either a program or the whole system ceases to respond to inputs. In the most commonly encountered scenario, a program freezes and all windows belonging to the frozen program become static. Almost always, the only way to recover from a system freeze is to reboot the machine, usually by power cycling with an on/off or reset button.
Once your computer has been infected with a virus, it's no longer the same. After removing it with your anti-virus software, you're often left with lingering side-effects. Technically, your computer might no longer be infected, but that doesn't mean it's error-free. Even simply removing a virus can actually harm your system.
Reimage repairs and replaces all critical Windows system files needed to run and restart correctly, without harming your user data. Reimage also restores compromised system settings and registry values to their default Microsoft settings. You may always return your system to its pre-repair condition.
