step 1. I currently only can see maybe 2/3rds of my iTunes library in the cloud. Some appear to be matches, some are uploads, however not everything is up there. I've tried restarting the match
process to no success. I've e-mailed apple, but the e-mail I got back directed me to these forums. - I've checked the xml file and it appears to be fine- I've turned off all other iOS devices/AppleTV- I've checked for 'dead songs' - Tried looking for a weird 'square' in my meta tags- There are songs waiting to upload, but don't. (meet all requirements like being over 96k bit rate, itunes error 4010 solution etc.) If the answer has been posted somewhere on here, please let me know. I feel I've done a fairly thourough search on here but unfortunately have not found any solutions yet. Since I have re-discovered all my media (around 11k tracks) from my hard drive iTunes Match wants to check them against my Cloud profile. They will all be there, as I was successfully using Match before and haven't ripped any physical CDs since. Match keeps attempting to upload my library information to check against my information in the Cloud (which is a three-stage process) but every time it aborts at the end of stage 1 (Gathering information) when it sends the data to iTunes, giving me an error saying that 'We could not complete your iTunes Store request' and a 4010 error code. I have done a search on this code, and people have had it in the past and tried various things to recover it. I can access the store to purchase new music, by the way (from the Mac in question). I have logged out of Match then back in. I have logged out of iTunes then back in. I have looked for media purchase on my wife's account rather than mine, and removed those from my iTunes library

Here's error 4010 itunes how to reset your iCloud Music Library By Serenity Caldwell Wednesday, Jul 8, 2015 at 3:30 pm EDT 27 Comments Running into 4010 errors or mismatched artwork and need to clear out your matched and uploaded songs? Here's how to go about doing it. To help people sort out their iCloud Music Library when using Apple Music or the standalone iTunes Match service, I've been tackling a number of troubleshooting articles on the subject. Resetting iCloud Music Library was next on my list, so imagine my delight when I saw that friend-of-iMore Stephen Hackett had already written a great article about this back in January on his blog, 512 Pixels. You should definitely check out Stephen's article and his process for clearing his iCloud Music Library, but I also wanted to talk a little bit here about resetting your library and why you might want to do it. When do you need to reset your iCloud Music Library? Are there songs from your collection that got matched to the wrong track? Wrong album art? iTunes 4010 errors? If you've run into any of these, Apple's cloud copy of your music might need to get dumped and resynchronized. Before you go about doing this, make absolutely sure you have a hard-copy backup of your music library on at least one of your Macs: You don't want to delete your iCloud library and accidentally end up without songs

A Windows error is an error that happens when an unexpected condition occurs or when a desired operation has failed. When you have an error in Windows, it may be critical and cause your programs to freeze and crash or it may be seemingly harmless yet annoying.
A stop error screen or bug check screen, commonly called a blue screen of death (also known as a BSoD, bluescreen), is caused by a fatal system error and is the error screen displayed by the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems upon encountering a critical error, of a non-recoverable nature, that causes the system to "crash".
One of the biggest causes of DLL's becoming corrupt/damaged is the practice of constantly installing and uninstalling programs. This often means that DLL's will get overwritten by newer versions when a new program is installed, for example. This causes problems for those applications and programs that still need the old version to operate. Thus, the program begins to malfunction and crash.
Computer hanging or freezing occurs when either a program or the whole system ceases to respond to inputs. In the most commonly encountered scenario, a program freezes and all windows belonging to the frozen program become static. Almost always, the only way to recover from a system freeze is to reboot the machine, usually by power cycling with an on/off or reset button.
Once your computer has been infected with a virus, it's no longer the same. After removing it with your anti-virus software, you're often left with lingering side-effects. Technically, your computer might no longer be infected, but that doesn't mean it's error-free. Even simply removing a virus can actually harm your system.
Reimage repairs and replaces all critical Windows system files needed to run and restart correctly, without harming your user data. Reimage also restores compromised system settings and registry values to their default Microsoft settings. You may always return your system to its pre-repair condition.
Reimage patented technology, is the only PC Repair program of its kind that actually reverses the damage done to your operating system. The online database is comprised of over 25,000,000 updated essential components that will replace any damaged or missing file on a Windows operating system with a healthy version of the file so that your PC's performance, stability & security will be restored and even improve. The repair will deactivate then quarantine all Malware found then remove virus damage. All System Files, DLLs, and Registry Keys that have been corrupted or damaged will be replaced with new healthy files from our continuously updated online database.
